Over a weekend as a group of 6 mixed ability skier/ snow boarders we popped into the Harrietville, Hotham central and Jack Frost Hoys shops, as well as meeting the chain service guy on Sunday. We hired great clothing that felt new, and good quality equipment. They were, in each interaction, relaxed despite being busy, polite, patient, friendly and provided excellent service that made the weekend a success. The service began over a month before our visit when they called me to double check that my SUV tires had sufficient clearance for chains, and identified a back up plan should there be a problem with them.
